Privacy policy

1. Controller and contact

The controller of data related to the przemyslaw.wilde.pl site is Przemysław Wilde (Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Silesia, Poland). I provide smart home, automation and AI training services under the TECH.WILDE brand, in the services section of this site.

For privacy and data matters, send an email or call. The email address and phone number are on the TECH.WILDE contact page (in Polish). Both appear after a click, to make it harder for bots to collect them.

2. Two parts of the site

The personal site and blog have no forms, user accounts or newsletter. For professional contact I use LinkedIn.

The TECH.WILDE section has contact details, a smart home quote form and an online meeting booking tool. Both tools work in your browser and prepare an email that you send yourself (section 6).

3. What data may be processed?

When you open any page, Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect it. This may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address you opened, and basic browser and device information.

Cloudflare Web Analytics gives me aggregate statistics, such as the number of visits and page views, popular pages and traffic sources. It does not give me user profiles or the history of an individual person.

The “Peak hours” tool fetches the forecast straight from the API of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE), the Polish grid operator (api.raporty.pse.pl). Your browser makes this connection, so PSE receives your IP address and the technical details of the request, under its own privacy policy. Your browser keeps the forecast in the tab's memory until you close the tab. None of it reaches me.

When you contact me about a service, the data depends on how you contact me and what you order. It may include your name, phone number, email address, town or service address, your message, device details, the proposed date and type of an online meeting, and the data needed to bill the service.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• delivering the site, keeping it reliable and protecting it from abuse — the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• aggregate statistics and improving the site — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• contact about your request, when you tick the consent box in the booking tool — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
• replying to a request, preparing a quote, providing smart home, automation and electrical services, and running AI training and online meetings — steps taken at your request before a contract and performing the contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• tax and accounting duties related to a completed service — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
• necessary correspondence, replying to a message sent through an external service, and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Information is stored on or accessed from your device in line with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. The settings that remember your language and theme provide functions that you request. Piorunek stores its memory only after separate consent.

5. Do you have to provide data?

Providing data is voluntary. Without contact details and basic information about your request, I may not be able to reply, prepare a quote or provide the service. Data needed to issue an accounting document may be required to bill the service.

6. Quote form and online meeting booking

The smart home quote form and the online meeting booking tool work in your browser. What you type is not sent to a server or to an external form service. Your browser prepares an email from it. I receive the data only when you send that email from your own mailbox.

In the booking tool, the phone number is optional. I need it only for a WhatsApp meeting. Before the email is prepared, you tick consent to be contacted about your request: by email and, if you give a number, by phone or WhatsApp. The consent text is added to the email, so it is recorded with the request. You can withdraw consent at any time by email. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier contact.

The online meeting takes place in the service you choose: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. During the meeting, its provider also processes data under its own privacy policy.

7. Showing the phone number

The full phone number is not stored in the page code. When you click the “show phone number” button, your browser sends a short technical request to the same domain, and a Cloudflare Pages function returns the number to display. This makes it harder for bots to collect the number. You do not need to provide any data, and no cookies are set.

8. Contact through other services

If you write to me through LinkedIn or another social service, I may process your contact details and the message to reply. The operator of the service also processes this data under its own privacy policy.

9. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Data may be received by companies that support the site and the services, only as far as needed for a given task:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security, the phone number function and analytics,
• email providers,
• online meeting providers you choose (Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp),
• IT service providers,
• accounting and legal service providers,
• public authorities, when the law requires it.

Cloudflare operates globally, so technical data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes its safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, in its privacy policy. If another provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer may only use a mechanism from Chapter V GDPR.

10. How long is data kept?

Technical data is kept for the time needed to deliver and protect the site, detect abuse and prepare aggregate statistics, in line with Cloudflare settings and rules.

Data from a request that did not lead to a service is kept until the correspondence ends. Data related to a completed service is kept while the service is provided, and then for the period required by tax and accounting law or until claims expire.

11. Browser storage and Piorunek

The site may remember your theme and language in your browser. The TECH.WILDE pages store nothing except the theme. See the Cookie and browser storage policy for details.

Piorunek appears only on the Polish personal pages and the Polish blog, and works locally. After you agree, it remembers whether you muted it, which hints it has already shown and counters for the sections you visit. It does not store the full history of page addresses, create a user account or send its memory to me or another server. You can withdraw consent in its panel or by deleting site data in your browser.

12. Your rights

Where the GDPR provides these rights, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. When the legal conditions apply, you may also use the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier actions. For these matters, use the details on the contact page.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

13. Automated decisions and profiling

I do not make automated decisions about you and I do not use profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects. Piorunek uses local rules only to adjust hints on your device.

14. Product names and trademarks

Names of systems, devices and tools mentioned on the site, for example in the “I work with” lists, only describe the scope of services and content. They belong to their owners. TECH.WILDE is not a partner or authorised representative of these companies.

15. English version of this site

The English version of this site (addresses starting with /en/) is translated automatically from the Polish originals using AI. Translations go live without a human reading them. The Polish version is the original — every English page carries a notice saying so, and posts link back to their Polish source.

This document may be updated, for example when site features, services or service providers change. The last update date is shown at the top of the document.
