Cookie policy
Information about cookies and browser storage on przemyslaw.wilde.pl.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device while you browse websites. They make it possible to remember preferences and to keep the features of a site working properly.
2. Does this site use cookies?
The przemyslaw.wilde.pl site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. There are no ads here and no external profiling mechanisms.
3. Local storage (localStorage)
The site stores only one thing locally in your browser: your theme choice (light / dark), so that the preference is there on your next visit. This is not personal data and it is not passed to anyone.
Piorunek — the guide in the corner of the screen — works the same way, with one difference: it asks for consent before it stores anything. On your first visit it shows the question and waits. Until you click, not a single entry from it appears in your browser storage. If you refuse, it stores the refusal alone (the wilde:zgody key) and disappears — so that it does not ask again on every page.
Once you agree, it remembers locally: whether you muted it, which hints it has already shown, how many times you have looked in and which sections you visit, so that it does not repeat the same thing over and over. None of it leaves your browser: Piorunek sends no network requests. You can erase it with the memory-erasing button in its panel, or together with the site data in your browser settings.
4. Analytics without cookies
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. That tool stores no cookies and nothing in browser storage — so there are no analytics or marketing cookies here. Details in the Privacy policy.
5. How to manage cookies?
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Links to the instructions:
