Stoop Inbox — a dedicated mailbox for newsletters
Do you read newsletters? Here is a tool that keeps them out of your private mailbox and helps you keep order, with everything sorted by source.
18.09.2025: Stoop Inbox is shutting down on 31.10.2025 - a real shame…
I am a big fan of newsletters and I sign up for all sorts of mailing lists. I pick the ones close to my interests. Over time, though, I noticed that my mailbox had turned into a big bin catching dozens of different newsletters. It was hard to keep control of it and to separate the really important messages from the informational ones. Then I found something that helped me get on top of that mess. Stoop Inbox, a mailbox dedicated to newsletters.
The idea behind Stoop Inbox is simple. You get a simple email address ([email protected]) that you use when you sign up for mailing lists. The plus side is that you do not have to use your private mailbox.
Stoop Inbox works in the browser and on Android and iOS devices. It lets you receive newsletters and split them by source. Reading messages feels similar to RSS readers such as Feedly. Everything is simple and clear.
If you decide to drop a subscription, you press the unsubscribe button and that is it.
Stoop Inbox is free, with an optional premium version for $10 a year. Once you activate it you get extra features such as a dark theme, folders, saving to Pocket or Instapaper, no limits and so on.
Stoop Inbox supports creators and shares a catalogue where you can find interesting newsletters. So if you are someone who likes reading newsletters as much as I do, this tool is for you.
