OpenAI changes the work of officials in Pennsylvania - USA
In a pilot with OpenAI, 175 Pennsylvania state employees tested ChatGPT Enterprise at work and saved around 8 hours a week on paperwork.
In a pilot with OpenAI, 175 officials of the state of Pennsylvania tested AI in their daily work using ChatGPT Enterprise. It brought around 8 hours of time saved per week on bureaucratic tasks. Using AI improved not only how much the officials got done, but also let them focus on residents. What is interesting, the results of the pilot showed that AI still needs supervision and does not mean it will replace people:
“Human Oversight Remains Essential: Employees emphasized that AI augments human expertise rather than replacing it, reinforcing the importance of human review and judgment.”
