Proton has introduced Lumo – a new AI chatbot from Europe that puts the stress on anonymity and no logs. Lumo is a European answer to the American solutions and is meant to be an assistant that takes the privacy of its users seriously.
Key features of Lumo:
- it is based on open-source models;
- it does not track or share data,
- conversations are encrypted locally on the device, and in “ghost” mode deleted right away,
- the data is not used to train models;
- available free of charge without registration, with a paid option that adds advanced features.
