ElevenLabs introduces Actor Mode, which gives users more control over the generated voice.
Users can send their own recording, which the tool takes as a model and which shows it how a given text should be read (with the right pace, pauses, intonation and stress on individual words).
I think it will work well for making audiobooks, podcasts or other recordings, giving users more control over the emotion and the tone of the narration.
The feature is available in Studio from 28 March 2025.
